Audobon Youth Center...Christmas Day....Opportunity for Singles to GIVE of Yourself on Christmas

I just forwarded each of you a message from Nadine Daugherty regarding a need This Christmas Day.

Any of you that desire to do so, may sign up to serve the Christmas meal and pass out presents to the children of Audubon Youth Center at 11am  Christmas day.

This is a wonderful opportunity to give Christian love and service on Christ's Birthday to children without a family.

Please contact Nadine Daugherty or myself so we can get clearance for you to be a part of this awesome opportunity.

We need Volunteers to help serve the meal at 11:00 AM (the food will already be there) Christmas Day at Audubon Youth Center, off LaGrange Road.  45 boys, ages 13 to 18.

We need singers to sing Christmas carols. 

We will also be handing out a gift to each boy.

Here's what happening:

3 pm  ....Meet at Evangel School 5400 Minor Lane if you wanna carpool 

4:15pm.....Arrive at Huber Farms  Starlight, Indiana

4:30pm.....Buffet Dinner reservations in Barn ONE   $20 (includes all food and beverage)

6pm .....Shop and Stroll 

7pm.....Pumpkin Patch Ride

9pm....arrive back at Evangel School.

I called Huber Farms   and they said I could add people to my reservation even up til Friday so Please let me know if you decide to join us.  This is gonna be a highlight event of the year.

Reservations have been made for our group to eat together at 4:30 in Barn One for All-You-Can-Eat Country Buffet:

Fried Chicken, Honey ham, Mash potatoes/gravy, green beans, Chicken n dumplings, slaw, Waldorf salad, fried Biscuits/apple butter, and drink for $19.99

Afterwards, let shop....hayride....walk the farm....enjoy the fall weather together!

Bring extra $ to share gas expense and do extra Huber activities.
